Happy Christmas Eve!!!

Although Jason Lai is Buddhist, but i'm still celebrate Xmas like other as this is a fantastic festival!

Well, my way of celebrate Xmas eve wasn't eat Roast Turkey at home, but is trip to Genting. Yeah!

Before i start my story, I wanna present this handmade Xmas tree to all my friend and reader.. Hope u all like it.. (Dont hesitate to copy it.. ^^)

Okay, let's cut off all the driving crap as everyone should know the road to Genting is like a roller coaster. But, my driving skill can overcome any tough road.. xD

My first feeling when i reached Genting.. Cold!

But that's what everyone seeking for. (At least for Asian like me)

When we reach there, rain keep on falling.. Today is the coldest since experience since so many visit Genting. The haze is terrible.. Almost 200 meter sight only.

Since Xmas is coming soon, Xmas deco is already set. Those deco is absolutely gorgeous.

But today i done something which i wanted to do badly! I visited Casino! I was only 20 this year.. I need 7 more day until 21..

Don't care ler.. Just walk inside like a boss.. I made it! Woohoo!! But, there wasn't any big surprise since i watch alot Casino movie.. It's exactly same as movie scene..

Okay.. I just hanging around and looking at all the gambler play. Inside was totally pretty.. Poker, Blackjack, TaiSai(Big and Small), slot machine.. All the game was available.. 

But soon i just walk out. Because I don't wanna lose money like other.. Better save it and have a great feast. 

The only conclusion i have in this experience-"DON'T gamble! You only gift money to casino!"

Well.. I'm kinda enjoy today outing.. Have a great day, first experience of casino, great dinner..

This should be my version of Xmas Eve.

Home Made Tortilla Wrap.. ^^

It's Friday.. Should be the second happiest day for everyone in a week.. 

Well, today i wake up kinda earlier.. First though, what for breakfast?

Hmm... *Thing* Something came a cross my mind.. Let's make some special breakfast.. ^^

As i open the fridge, I saw tortilla wrapper.. Yay, let's make a homemade tortilla wrap..

It's super simple to make it but yet super delicious..

The step is easy, but preparation will need some time..

Ingredient: Tortilla wrap, cucumber, carrot, bean sprout, chicken breast, tomato dice.

Sauce: Tomato sauce, mayonnaise, Thousand Island.

(This is the basic, you can put everything you want. As long you like. ^^)

Tortilla wrap.

 Ingredient.

First, cut cucumber and carrot into strip. Blanch the carrot and bean sprout around 30 second so it will soften a bit.

Next, slice the tomato and cut into dice. (It's better to take off the seed so texture will better)

Boiled the chicken breast with plain water and cut it into strip.

Heat the tortilla on a empty wok without oil until it's crispy.

The preparation is done. Let's get going.

First, put some ingredient and chicken strip on the tortilla. Don't too greedy, or it will be hard to wrap. ^^

Tomato dice.

After main ingredient is put, pour the sauce on it.

Last step. Wrap it!!

Flip the tortilla from the both side as shown on below.

Then, roll the wrap and its done!!

Ta-da!!!

Since Jason Lai is unique, so i'll make another special wrap.

National car is crushed by my Old Lorry..

Well, my blog is kinda dead recently.

That because Jason Lai was busy earning money. I'm working at my papa office as computer technician. Salary oso kinda nice.. ^^

But the main topic today is about a Proton Wira..

A wira that crushed by my old little lorry.. ^^(Y)

As usual, me and papa had gone to work by our lorry.. That morning was kinda cloudy.. Is kinda far as we need to drive until Pandamaran. Ok, we almost reach destination. last turn then reached..

When papa turn,

*Bang!!!*

A little Proton Wira bang on us..

First though must be shouting *FxxK* and jump off from the lorry to check what happen..

OMG! Our car was scratched and the door was bump abit inside..

Phew, not a big deal.

But to that Wira,

Rest in peace.

Its bumper is dropped and left front light is broke..

That indian guy also left the car and check. And that is a little indian kid that almost age of 16..

(WTF, how can a little kid drive a car. How their parent teach him!!)

Papa: "Macam mana sekarang?"

Kid: "Uncle, saya lebih teruk lar."

Papa: "So? Lu yang langgar saya lar. Dua option, lu bayar ganti rugi. Atau pergi balai dan parent lu kena dakwa."

Kid:"Ok lar, saya bayar, tapi I takda wang."

Papa:"Takpa, bawa saya jumpa bapak lu."

We head to Banting to meet his parent. First, that kid kena scold till siao.

Then, that guy offer us bring to his brother garage to repair.

In this whole story, I figured out two thing..

First, every parent. Please keep an eye on your kid. Dont let them drive ur car and go outside kill people..

Second, dont buy national car.. Their car is damn fragile. Our 12 years old Nissan lorry also better than Proton..

Now someone spread a news that national car going modify into sport car with open roof.. Such as Saga and Persona... LMFAO.. Are you kidding me?!

Well, this should be the end of my tease toward national car.. ^^

Bye November.. Hi December!!!

It's December!!! It's the last month for 2011.. Hooray!!!

Well, i got alot of feeling that kinda want to express it out on here..

It's been a long year for me. On the beginning of the year, I've got my first bad news. Which i doesn't qualify to going to local university and continue my "lawyer" dream. It's a heartbreaking for me as lawyer was my dream job since i've born. I once was thinking to give up, but i've over come it. I'm already overcome it and go on.

"Brickfield Asia College"

Finally i'm get into the best law school in nation. Thanks to my parent which keep on support me and willing to spend the $$ to let me pursuit my dream. I love you.

Now, I have one of my feet in the college. But i still got 1 more obstacle to overcome, that's A level! But never mind! I got my colleague by my side and work on it together.

My friend, i have to mention them. They are great. Jacky, Melvin and Jun Hoe, my 3 best fren. They are awesome. We been through countless exam, test, assignment.. We like brother now.. Not forgot to say, all of them are pool master..

Esther(Child), Cheryl Chok(Cool), Chang(Feminine), Amanda(Cute), Marilyn(Sporting), those girl is interesting. I can never imagine all girl with different personality can be so close together. It's nice to know them.

When studying in this college, is a huge pressure. The syllabus is tough, everyone is so intelligent, cause you to put more effort so you are able to compete with other. But i have to put 2x more effort, because of choosing express route.. (T.T)

Now, all exam is over!!! Yeah!!!

Now, it's December. It's holiday! Another thing that make me more exciting, Christmas. One of my favourite festival. "Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle All The Way." Now going to think some surprise for my Darling.

OMG!!! I'm almost forget mention my darling!!! ( She so gonna punch me) She's another women that's most important to me other than my mother. We've experience alot of thing since we together. "There is a women behind a successful man." Elin, she will be the women that never give up on me and keep on give me support. I'll love you forever. You will be my first, and my last. Muackss.. <3 ^^

Dating with my lao po.. ^^

Excited!!! Why? Coz i'm gonna dating with my dearest lao po.. ^^

Since this is her first shopping after the exam, so I've prepared a lot of surprise for her.

As a bf, is my duty to fetch her from house.. So, let's do it. I've fetch her from house and head to 1 Utama. It's been a long time since our last visit and it changed alot. The place become so tidy and look new.. Jaya Jusco had completely renovated. Alot of new shop such as Uniqlo, ChaTime, I-Setan and etc had appear.. It's worth for u guys go there and take a look.. ^^

It's still early when we reached, so the line on GSC cinema wasn't long. And we watched "Puss In Boots". This movie was awesome! Puss was so cute. Sometime Puss try to act cool, but failed. End up everyone is laughing in the cinema. I'm highly recommend this movie.. ^^

Lunch time.. Since we going to eat something special and expensive tonight, so I guess we should save some money so can afford the dinner. Subway, first thing flash through our mind. "Sorry sir, the bread wasn't ready yet." WTH! Then how you all going to do business. Nvm, we changed to Taiwan Shilin Night Market and enjoy oyster mee suah.. Hmm.. Nice. But the chef had put a little bit too much of chilly. (lips become sausage d.. xD)

When we head to New Wing, there is a Korea Roadshow. There selling alot of korea food.. But too bad, it's kinda exp, so we just walk walk at there.. But at the main atrium, the people is setting up some background for somekind of event. But i can know it will be something such as aquarium or sea show coz there are alot of Shell shape decoration thing.

But after all the shopping, eating, movie, it's still just 4pm and we got nothing to do! StarBucks! We went to Starbucks and grab a venti Mocha. OMG, The smell of the coffee is so attractive! I could sure this is the best coffee in the world.. ^^

Time fly so fast, it's already 5.30pm. I guess is time to head to the "mysterious" restaurant that i've prepared for my lao po.. As revenge last time she blind fold my eye on my bd, then now is payback time. I've blindfold her with eye mask that bought from Daiso, which is always RM5..

My darling was so scare but excited because she got no idea where we going.. ^^y

After 1 hour of driving, we had reached.. Fish Farm Thai Restaurant. The place is absolutely beautiful! It's build on a lake which they farm their own fish and vege.. Their specialty is grilled, such as grilled fish, crab, fish, lala, squid and many more!

We ordered few dish which i tried before and it's perfect! The grilled fish is covered with salt and grilled. The meat was so moist and sweet. The lamb taste savory but tender. Mango kerabu is abit sour but nvm, it's open up our stomach and make us eat so much! (OMG, gonna fat again!) Mango puding. Must mention. It's a layer of mango puding with a thin layer of jelly. it's tasty, sweet and texture was so smooth. This trip was so worthy.. 200/100 marks.. ^^

Another surprise i made for her, Look Out Point. I heard that that's the only place can enjoy the best view of Kuala Lumpur night. When we climb up the mountain, the view is...... So pretty!!! We climb on a tower and camwhore non-stop!!! Just let the picture speak the word..

(But i kinda hate the light. it's blue colour, end up all the picture look abit weird)
